Welcome to PawInOne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website pawinone.com.au (the "Site") and to any products you buy from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, so please read them carefully.

1. About us

The Site is operated by PawInOne Pty Ltd (ACN 693 431 515, ABN 13 693 431 515) ("PawInOne", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at hello@pawinone.com.au.

2. Using our Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree that any information you give us is true, current and complete, and that you are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purpose;
• infringe our rights or the rights of anyone else;
• upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its security;
• scrape, harvest or collect data or personal information from the Site; or
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.

3. Our products

PawInOne is an all-in-one daily supplement for dogs. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, but images and packaging are for illustration and may vary, and colours may not appear exactly the same on every screen. We may change or discontinue products, and limit quantities, at any time.

4. Important information about using PawInOne

PawInOne is a nutritional supplement for dogs. It is not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

• Introduce any new supplement gradually, alongside your dog's normal food.
• If your dog is pregnant, nursing, on medication, or has a health condition, speak with your vet before starting.
• PawInOne is made for dogs and is not for human consumption.
• Every dog is different, and results can vary.

PawInOne does not replace professional veterinary advice. If you have any concerns about your dog's health, please consult your vet.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. The price that applies is the price shown at the time you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, and you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive your payment before we accept. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to change it once accepted.

7. Subscriptions

Some products are available on a subscription (a recurring order). By starting a subscription, you authorise us and our subscription provider to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription from your account, and we ask that you make changes before your next billing date. 8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are covered by our Refund and Return Policy. Both of those policies form part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, logos, graphics, images and design, is owned by or licensed to PawInOne and is protected by law. The PawInOne name and logo are our trademarks. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, and you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content without our written permission.

10. Your feedback and content

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, videos or other content ("Feedback"), including by tagging us on social media or using our hashtags, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display that content in our marketing and across the Site. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not unlawful, misleading or offensive. We are not obliged to use, keep confidential, or pay for any Feedback.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our Site is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sale or purchase you make is made directly with PawInOne. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale or purchase between you and us, including any injury, loss or damage arising from the products or Services. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us. Shopify also collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Our liability

We provide the Site and our products with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupplying them.

13. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

16. Governing law
